1. Return Eligibility
At GONUTTIES, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. You may be eligible to return a product under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or spoiled upon arrival.
- The wrong product or incorrect variant was delivered.
- The product does not match its description on our website.
- The package is tampered with or shows signs of prior opening.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any of the above issues are identified.
2. Return Period (7 Days)
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all seals intact (unless the issue is damage or defect).
- Photographic or video evidence of the issue must be provided when applicable.
Return requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted. We encourage you to check your order thoroughly upon receipt.
3. Condition Requirements
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following condition requirements:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all labels, tags, and seals.
- Items must not have been consumed, tampered with, or partially used (except in cases of quality defects).
- For damaged or defective items, please retain the original packaging and provide clear photographs showing the issue.
- Gift boxes and curated sets must be returned as a complete set — individual items from a set cannot be returned separately.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these condition requirements.
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, the refund process works as follows:
- Refund Initiation: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase (bank account, card, UPI, or wallet).
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details at the time of the return request.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for the following scenarios:
- Wrong Product Delivered: We will arrange a replacement of the correct product at no additional cost.
- Damaged/Defective Product: A replacement of the same product will be shipped once the return is initiated.
- Size/Variant Change: Exchanges for a different variant or size are subject to availability. Any price difference will be adjusted.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, following the same process as returns. Shipping costs for exchanges due to our error will be borne by us.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with (unless defective).
- Customized or personalized gift boxes and corporate orders.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or with a "Final Sale" label.
- Free samples, promotional items, or complimentary gifts.
- Products returned without original packaging or beyond the 7-day return period.
We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of returns on a case-by-case basis for items not explicitly listed above.
