1. Processing Time

At GONUTTIES, we take great care in preparing your order. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day. Customized gift boxes and bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of order placement.

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with reputable courier and logistics companies to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. Our shipping partners include:

• Standard Shipping: Delivered via India Post, Delhivery, or similar services.
• Express Shipping: Delivered via Blue Dart, FedEx, or DTDC for faster delivery.
• Premium Overnight: Next-day delivery for select pin codes in metro cities.

The available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 1-3 business days for express, 3-5 business days for standard.
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 2-5 business days for express, 4-7 business days for standard.
• Remote & Rural Areas: 5-10 business days depending on the location and courier coverage.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight, destination, and shipping method selected. The estimated shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹999 within India.
• Flat Rate: A flat shipping rate of ₹99 applies to orders under ₹999 for standard delivery.
• Express & Premium: Additional charges apply based on the courier rates and delivery speed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing:

• A unique tracking number
• A link to track your shipment in real-time
• Estimated delivery date

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

We ensure that all products are carefully packed using high-quality, shock-resistant packaging materials. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Damaged Items: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
• Lost Orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the courier partner and resolve the issue within 5-7 business days.
• Wrong Items: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
